• Sundays : from now until Nov 15,ceremonies are held at Rainbow Temple in Renton, North Bend, WA., conducted by Living Buddha, Shen-yen Lu (call for enquiry if one wishes to participate in the ceremony; it is a day trip). From Nov 22, Monastery is opened every Sundays.

“Namo Usnisa Vijaya Dharani Pillar Ground-Breaking Ceremony” Event

 

Invitation: We would like to send our greatest welcome to you, your families and friends, we are inviting all of you coming to the great Usnisa Vijaya Stupa “Ground-Breaking” ritual at Lotus Light Monastery. This will be the very first Usnisa Stupa in the Vancouver Mainland.  The stupa will be 6 meter tall, standing by the Japanese Garden at our monastery in Richmond.  

Intro: This stupa project is requested by the True Buddha disciples because the prediction and the foreseeing of the devastated big earthquake in the West Coast in North America. The power and the merit of the Usnisa Vijaya stupa is great and the benefits are list-long.  The stupa can harmonized the five natural elements of the ‘earth’, ‘water’, ‘fire’, ‘wind’, and ‘air’. Therefore the stupa is able to protect the people from nature disasters.

Namo Usnisa Vijaya Dharani  Sutra Recitation Group Practice

Brief intro on Usnisa Vijaya Dharani Sutra (The full title:) The Sutra of The Supreme Sacrosanct Dharani From The Buddha’s Summit:

1. Usnisa Vijaya Dharani’ can purify all evil paths, completely eliminating all sufferings of birth and death.
2. It can also liberate all miseries and sufferings of beings in the realms of hell, King Yama and animal, destroy all the hells, and transfer sentient beings onto the virtuous path.”
3. If one hears this Usnisa Vijaya Dharani once, all the bad karma incurred from his previous lives that should cause him to fall into hells will be destroyed altogether. He will instead acquire a fine and pure body. Wherever he is reborn, he will clearly remember the Dharani – from one Buddhahood to another, from one heavenly realm to another heavenly realm. Indeed, throughout the Trayastrimsha Heaven, wherever he is reborn, he will not forget.”
4. If someone at death’s door recalls this divine Dharani, even for just a moment, his lifespan will be extended and he will acquire purification of body, speech and mind. Without suffering any physical pain and in accordance with his meritorious deeds, he will enjoy tranquility everywhere. Receiving blessings from all the Tathagatas, and constantly guarded by devas and protected by Bodhisattvas, he will be honored and respected by people, and all the evil hindrances will be eradicated.”
5. If anyone can sincerely read or recite this Dharani even for a short period of time, all his karmic retribution which would lead him to suffer  in the hells, the animal realm, the realm of King Yama and the hungry ghost realm, will be completely destroyed and eradicated without leaving any trace. He will be free to go to any of the Buddhas’ Pure lands and heavenly palace; all gateways leading to the Bodhisattvas’ abode are open to him unobstructed.”

Intro: Celebrating Earth Mother’s Birthday! This deity is very compassionate, rich and powerful because Earth provides and gives everything to and for all life-forms. Gives without conditions and provides without clauses, simply provides to all in everywhere.   All natural resources are in the ground, like minerals, metals, water, oil and gas, precious stones like diamond, gold, etc…. All participants and registrants will receive blessings and enrichment.   You may register for the deceased as well!

Day 1:  7 Sessions of Dragon King Treasure Vase Practice &

Day 2:  Freeing Livestock Ceremony & Empowerment

Benefit: There were countless of great dharma responses from the unique Esoteric Dragon King Treasure Vase Enrichment Dharma Practice and from the Freeing Livestock Ceremony as well.   Many wishes and dreams had come true by doing the Dragon King Treasure Vase Practice — like good marriages were granted, having children of their own, life enrichment in attaining a successful career, getting a job, be financially resourceful , have good investment returns, having one’s dream home….!  

Why is this practice so powerful? Simple!  Dragon Kings are the richest in the seas and the Kings want to be enlightened and attain Buddhahood!  Sincerely pray for the Dragons to achieve Buddhahood and his/hers wishes will be granted!  Unique and Auspicious!

How might one would be released and relieved from one’s sufferings and/or distresses —Most of our sufferings and/or misfortunes are retribution from the ‘cause and effect’, also known as the ‘karmic laws’. The cause of a ‘wrong doing’ will affect one’s happiness in life. If one wishes to have a better life, the righteous act of ‘contribution and giving’ will draw good luck to his/hers life!  “Freeing Livestock” is a virtuous act, thus, great merit is rendered. Saving a life can subdue and purifies all kinds of obstruction & disasters, healing one’s ailment & prolonging his/her life!

Intro Release Livestock Ceremony and the great benefit:

Many Sea lives will be set free to avoid the fearful trauma of being killed, avoiding the helpless,  unwanted deaths . Thus, this is the most compassionate merciful deed of all.  The merit is enormous and you can dedicate to anyone who is suffering from life endangering sickness and/or incidents.

If one wishes to live long and live happily, one should conduct “Releasing Livestock” regularly throughout the year as much as possible and as long as possible.  As a result, he/she will be well respected and welcomed, has harmonious and loving relationship with others – at home, at work and outside as well, have popularity, always be able to receive helping hands at anywhere, have a comfortable life without financial problem, one would not die in fatal accident because heavens are happy with you thus one will be protected, have a safe and sound life!
